Refund policy
A supporter frame is delivered to your game account as soon as you pay, so it can’t be returned because you changed your mind. This page says when a frame is refunded, and how to ask.

Always refunded
Whenever you bought it, you get your money back for:
- a frame you paid for that never reached your account, if it can’t be added;
- a frame that doesn’t work as described, if it can’t be fixed within a reasonable time;
- a payment taken twice for the same frame, or taken without your permission.
None of this limits your legal rights. Digital content you buy must work as described. If it doesn’t, the law lets you ask for it to be fixed, and then for a price reduction or a refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the email address of your game account, or give that address, and say which frame you bought and when.
The refund goes through Stripe to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Once it is made, the frame is removed from your account.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital content delivered at once, that right ends when delivery starts, if you agreed to that.
A frame is delivered to your account as soon as your payment succeeds. When you pay, the checkout asks you to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you then lose your right of withdrawal, and the confirmation email repeats both. So a frame can’t be refunded because you changed your mind.
Disputes with your bank
If something is wrong, write to us first: a refund is usually quicker than a dispute. If a payment for a frame is reversed through your bank, the frame is removed from your account.
